I sit staring out the window at the view I’ve had for the last 10 days. People telling me how nice the weather has been out there.

Well I was just informed that they are sending me to the “transitional unit” aka (We don’t have all your paperwork done yet but we need your room for someone else) which tells me that I do, in fact, get to feel that nice weather. >>>>>>

Well, now I’m in the infamous transitional unit. A large room with about 20 “curtain rooms”

It’s busy. It’s loud. I get to be in my 8’x8’ curtain room. Thank God for bad TV and headphones to that TV. At least bad TV is a distraction from the 15 other people all talking at the same time. Conversations from the last time people had a BM to swelling, bruising, ice makes it hurt, to people upset because they can’t have their meds right now.

Feeling pretty good. Pain is a little better than yesterday. Just very much looking forward to being home after this run of 10 days in a hospital bed.

Well, I’m going to ask if anyone knows when the Dr will be coming to see me and when I can get to IV lines I still have stuck in both hands. lol

With love,

 Dave
