#22 - Feb. 24th, 2024

Hello and greetings. 

Seeing the date on here made me realize that today is 23 years ago that dad died. Wow, seems like yesterday and a lifetime ago. Miss ya, Dad. 

Made it to Walmart today with Megan. 

My sister said that one of her favorite things to do is to do the Walmart Pick up. I told her she needed to review her hobbies. 🤷🏼‍♂️ 😉

 I had never done it. 

Have to say, it was pretty slick. 

 2 minutes and we were loaded and gone. 

Feeling as close to human as I have I a while. 

Sleep seems to be escaping me from about 3a-6a lately. 

Eating is slowly getting better. Had some “blended Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes. Yum. 

Last night I spent that time researching some new trials that this cancer has going on. There are a couple based on the radiation plan and also an antibody that seems to be doing well at preventing this cancer from returning.  Seems like a productive rabbit hole to go down when I can’t sleep. 

Also just got some phone notes organized for the different Doctors for notes, nutrition do’s and don’t,  links, weight log, etc. 

Just trying to get set up and educated a bit while getting ready to start phase 2 in the upcoming weeks.
