#45 - Mar. 27, 2024

Good morning all,

Yesterday was not a bad day. 

Just a bit tired and achy. I was able to get to the dentist. I needed to have an exam before I start radiation. They tell me that if a person had any bad teeth and has radiation, those bad teeth will become infected. That’s all I would need for more complications. lol. Luckily, I was cleared for radiation. I do need to go back to dentist today for them to make a mold of teeth. They want me to do fluoride treatments to help protect my teeth. Radiation causes havoc on tooth enamel. Ah, the things you learn. 

I also have a physical therapy appointment today. 

Not really sure what that will entail, but I guess I get to learn more. 

I want to thank you guardian angel that dropped off the “Radiation Survival Kit”. You are very thoughtful and there are many items in there that I would have never thought of. Thank you so much. 

Another thing I have learned is that guardian angels come in all shapes and sizes. From the simple notes of encouragement, to dinners, help by shoveling, visits, financial help on the GoFundMe page Kerrie started, texts, prayers, and so many others ways, I want you all to know that every single effort has been appreciated so much. Each and everyone of you has been a part of the strength we need to walk through this each day and are the guardian angels we need to continue pushing through.
