#31 - Mar. 8th, 2024

Waking up to beeps, buzzers. Commotion and people wanting to stick needles in you has because more normal than I would have ever wanted. 

As Megan said yesterday, making the choice to have them put that filter below my heart was a quick decision due to an opening in their schedule but we believe it was the right one. This whole situation is such a delicate balancing act. We are hoping this will buy us the time for my incisions to heal completely while lessening to risk for a clot to break lose and  cause havoc. Hopefully we will see the light at the end of this tunnel soon.
